Shipping will be processed after we received payment and your payment confirmation.
Your package will be shipped with TIKI JNE OKE services. If you need to received your order as fast as possible please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangement.
If you need special handling to repackage other than our standard packaging so your order can be sent with other shipping agent, we will charge additional payment.
You can referred to other Shipping agency of your choice, we will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss in the shipment
Afer your package is sent we will inform your airway bill number. Shall you need to check the status of your package you can contact TIKI JNE or your shipping agency directly. With TIKI JNE OKE services your package shall be received on 3-4 working days or 5-6 working days depending on the area you are staying.
warranty
We provide 1 week of warranty from the date of the purchase. If you find any malfunction during that period you can send the product back to shishaID.com. If we will find any manufacture malfunction we will send you the new ones. The warranty does not cover damage cause by customer’s negligence such as falling, burn, and broken. Shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
